Exponential Growth!

“… okay? I can’t do my job & babysit. It doesn’t matter what you did & what you were. If you go out there, you fight & you fight to kill. Stay in here, you’re good but if you step out that door, you’re an Avenger!” The words from “Avengers; Age of Ultron” left me no choice but to feel great again!

Getting distinguished results is not a matter of few days or weeks or so but an outcome of your perseverance & uncountable efforts. Albeit the impediment, you got to prove that you’re exceptionally excellent. When it comes to reckoning, you need to do a trenchant analysis of where you lack ’cause success doesn’t come in discounts or bumper offers, for that you need to crave & not be dependent on consensus but be yourself & decide what will enfold you in the arena of growth. I subtly believe that the people who are waffled, wavered & aspired to reach new heights with no pain are being too hard on themselves as they keep on struggling with no benefit of success. Going through ordeals do not shatter your dreams or tear you apart but mend you to a perfect combination of an unflinching & unyielding tenacity. Beware of the fact that the splintered mind & stunted growth will eventually lead you nowhere but to disappoints & failure. My mentor says, “Tejas, there’s always something to learn & something to gain”. We are meant to evolve but not to stop. Believe in your best & make no mistakes when it comes to choose between test & rest!

This is straight to the point on whether one will decide to sit back & struggle with finding success or go out there and seize it.
